When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.  We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days from receiving payment (Excluding weekends/Bank Holidays) depending on the postage option you choose.  This may not always be possible during peak times.  As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch text/e-mail notification with tracking information.

Once we have dispatched your parcel we cannot be held responsible for any delays; postal strikes, bad weather, increased post volume (i.e holiday times), Bank Holidays, and such events.


How will my order be sent?

We pride ourselves in how we pack our fascinators as we realise how important it is that our products arrive in excellent condition.  Our fascinators are always packed with care and sent in a box.  If purchasing more than one fascinator, depending on the style and size, we reserve the right to wrap them in individual boxes to avoid damage and you would be charged postage for each fascinator separately during checkout.


Do you post overseas?

Currently we are only able to dispatch within the UK. 


Can you customise a fascinator?

Many of our fascinators can be customised with the addition of coloured feathers subject to availability and for an additional small fee.  Please enquire by using the contact us button and include a screen shot or the SKU number of the item you are interested in customising.  We will then be able to advise if your request is possible and provide you with a price/timescale. Requests are not guarantees your customisation will be accepted.  All custom orders are non refundable/non returnable.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Due to the number of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee we will see your cancellation request before your order is dispatched.  For cancellations which have been requested but have still been dispatched, we cannot accept any responsibility for this and the outward postage cost and return postage cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.


I haven’t received my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a text/e-mail notification with a tracking number.  On average, your order should arrive within 1 – 3 working days from the dispatch e-mail excluding weekends and bank holidays. This will depend on the postage option you have chosen at checkout. We would advise you check your tracking number to see the status of your delivery before contacting us. Should the tracking not show the current status of your item, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please be aware, there are occasions where Royal Mail experience delays. Royal Mail do not always leave a card advising they have tried to deliver but this doesn’t always mean they haven’t attempted delivery. Checking your tracking will confirm the current status of its delivery.
