This quality fascinator is mounted on a 1.3 cm satin headband so is comfortable to wear. The fascinator can be moved along the headband so can be adjusted to position in varying angles on the head.
The diameter of the design is approx 13cm x 11 cm (at widest point) excluding feathers.
