Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service.
Should you wish to return your order, you must ensure you notify us within 14 days of the tracked delivered date using our returns request form only. We will issue you with a returns number and address to return the item. Please be aware we do not issue returns labels. Buyers will be responsible for arranging the return. Please remember to include your name, address, reason for returning and the returns number given to you in with your return. If you do not include this information, we will be unable to process your refund as we will not know who the return is from.
You (the buyer) must ensure we receive your return within our returns deadline date. We reserve the right not to accept the return received outside of our returns policy deadline.
All returns and applicable postage costs are the responsibility of you, (the buyer). We recommend using a recorded /tracked service when sending anything back to us. We will not be held responsible for any returns not received by ourselves within the returns deadline.
All items must be unworn and have their original tag still attached and intact. If the item has had the tag removed or there are any signs of damage, alteration or smelling of any perfumes, smoke or unpleasant odours, we reserve the right not to issue the refund. The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
All fascinators must be returned in a box to prevent any damage. Returns which are not returned in a box and/or arrive damaged will not be refunded.
We will issue a refund for the item you have returned to us, less the original outward postage and packing costs paid. i.e the buyer is responsible for the original outward postage cost and the return postage costs regardless of reason for return.
Sale items, Custom or Bespoke orders are non refundable/returnable.
We will refund your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of a return if when inspected it is in original condition it was sent out. Please be aware your bank processing times to receive the refund may vary.
We reserve the right to deduct a fee of £7 for the postage and packaging costs and associated fees for any order which is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “Refused/Returned to Sender” or ‘failed to collect’.
